  다시 말하면 기쁜 소식은 소망 없는 인간들에게 죄를 사함 받고 하나님께로 다시 나아올 수 있는 소식이라면 아름다운 소식은 하나님의 자녀가 살아서 재앙을 받지 않고 아름다운 새 시대의 아름다운 생활 아름다운 영광을 새 시대에서 누리게 되는 것입니다. 그러므로 사40:1～2은 죄사함을 입었느니라. 하는 소식이요, 9절은 아름다운 소식이라고 말했습니다. 세밀히 말하자면 사형 받을 죄인을 놓아주는 일이 속죄의 회개 운동이라면 아름다운 소식은 축복 받은 사람이 눈물과 죽음과 전쟁과 환란과 고통이 없는 시대를 얻는 것입니다. 사람을 두고 말한다면 은혜시대의 소식은 병을 고치는 소식이라면 말세의 소식은 건강한 사람이 살아서 자유롭게 활동하면서 일할 수 있는 생활이 온다는 것으로 말할 수 있습니다.

1. Refreshed by climbing a high mountain(9)
1. 높은 산으로 올라가므로 새 힘을 얻음 (9)

his high mountain means the pass of trials. Just as a person who climbs a high mountain must exert all his strength after feeling fatigued, I am talking about going up to this spiritual world. This mountain can be seen as a tangible earthly mountain, but at the same time it can be seen as a spiritually ascending mountain.
  To put it in detail, it can be seen that the representative servant of God in the last days centered on a certain mountain and taught that the spirit world should go up from that mountain to gain strength and raise its voice to hear the trumpet of the gospel. Because, as in verse 3 of this chapter, “The voice of one who cries out, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord in the wilderness,’ if you see John the Baptist crying out in the wilderness, preaching the work of the end times will also be a tangible, real mountain.
  You can only know which mountain it is and which direction it is. If the wilderness of Judah is next to the West Sea of Asia, the mountain that delivers the good tidings of the apocalypse is next to the East Sea of Asia. In Isaiah 41, it says in verse 2 that people come out of the east, in verse 9 it says that it is the end of the earth in the east, and in verse 25 it says that it is at the rising of the sun. You can see the direction by looking at this. It is true that the one who delivers the good tidings centered on a mountain at the end of the eastern land will come out fully armed. Therefore, verse 9 can be seen as saying the position that the missionary of the end comes out centering on the mountain.
  이 높은 산이라는 것은 시련의 고개를 말한 것입니다. 높은 산에 올라가는 사람은 피로를 느끼고 힘을 다하여야만 되는 것 같이 이러한 영계에 올라가는 것을 말하는 것입니다. 이 산은 어떤 유형적인 이 땅에 있는 산이라고도 볼 수 있는 동시에 영적으로는 올라가는 산이라고도 볼 수 있습니다.
  세밀히 말하자면 말세의 대표적인 하나님의 종이 어느 산을 중심하여 그 산에서 영계가 올라가서 힘을 얻고 소리를 높여 복음의 나팔을 볼 것을 가르쳤다고 볼 수 있습니다. 왜냐하면 본장의 3절에 외치는 자의 소리여 가로되 너희는 광야에서 여호와의 길을 예비하라는 말과 같이 세례 요한이 광야에서 외친 것을 본다면 종말의 역사를 전하는 것도 유형적인 실지 산이 될 것입니다.
  이 산은 어느 산인가 그 방향만은 알 수 있습니다. 유대 광야는 아시아의 서해 옆이라면 종말의 아름다운 소식을 전하는 산은 아시아 동해 옆이라고 볼 수 있습니다. 이것은 이사야 41장에 동방에서 사람이 나온다고 2절에 말했고 9절에 동방 땅 끝이라 했고 25절에는 해 돋는 곳에서라고 하였습니다. 이것을 보면 방향은 알 수 있습니다. 동방 땅 끝에서 어느 산을 중심하여 아름다운 소식을 전하는 자가 완전 무장을 갖추고 나올 것은 사실입니다. 그러므로 9절은 종말의 사명자는 산을 중심해서 나온다는 위치를 말했다고 볼 수 있는 것입니다.

2. The Need for Refreshment
2. 새 힘을 얻어야 할 필요성 (10～11)

These are different times. It is a time when there is a strong judgment and retribution, so it is different from when sinners are called, so we must gain new strength. Therefore, when a nation repents and returns, it is a meek God. It is the time when he forgives even if he blasphemes and resists God. However, the work of coming to judge is the time when the Lord comes as a strong and fearful Lord, and no one will stand on the day of the Lord except those who have received new strength from God. There will be those who preach with new strength, and there will be those who will receive special protection at that time.
  이때는 시대가 다른 때입니다. 강한 심판이 나리는 보응이 있는 때니 죄인을 부를 때와는 달라서 딴 새 힘을 얻어야 된다는 것입니다. 그러므로 어느 민족이고 회개하고 돌아오는 그때는 온유하신 하나님이십니다. 하나님을 훼방하고 대적해도 용서해 주는 때입니다. 그러나 심판하러 오시는 역사는 강하고 두려운 주님으로 오시는 때이니 새로운 힘을 하나님께 받은 자 외에는 주님 오시는 그날에 설 자는 없을 것입니다. 새 힘을 얻어 전하는 자도 있고 그때 특별한 보호를 받는 자도 있을 것입니다.

3. Conditions to gain new strength(27)
3. 새 힘을 얻을 조건 (27)

@ Why says you, O Jacob, and speaks, O Israel, My way is hid from the LORD, and my judgment is passed over from my God?(Is.40:27)
@ 야곱아 네가 어찌하여 말하며 이스라엘아 네가 어찌하여 이르기를 내 사정은 여호와께 숨겨졌으며 원통한 것은 내 하나님에게서 수리하심을 받지 못한다 하느냐>(사40:27)

This condition is that it gives you new strength because you are going through an unfortunate situation that only God knows about. It means that God will be subjected to circumstances that should not have been guaranteerous work. It is something that cannot but be despised by people. Therefore, he is called scorched wood in Zechariah 3:2 and greatly despised in Obadiah 2. This refers to unfair trials that God gives trials in particular, but makes them trampled on by humans. The reason for doing this is that it is the one who will give you the new power of authority, so it is given only after making you suffer unfair circumstances.
  이 조건은 억울한 사정을 하나님만 아는 원통한 일을 당하기 때문에 새 힘을 준다는 것입니다. 하나님이 보증적인 역사가 아니고는 안 될 사정을 당한다는 것입니다. 사람에게는 멸시를 당할 수밖에 없는 일입니다. 그러므로 슥3:2에 그슬린 나무라 했고 오바댜 2절에 크게 멸시를 당한다고 했습니다. 이것은 하나님이 특히 시련을 주되 인간들에게 짓밟히게 만드는 억울한 시련을 말하는 것입니다. 이와 같이 할 이유는 무엇인가 하면 권세의 새 힘을 줄 자니 억울한 사정을 당하게 만든 후에야 주기 때문입니다.

4. How to get new strength (28～31)
4. 새 힘을 얻는 방법 (28～31)

@ Have you not known? have you not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainted not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He gave power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increased strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.(Is.40:28~31)
@ 너는 알지 못하였느냐 듣지 못하였느냐 영원하신 하나님 여호와, 땅 끝까지 창조하신 자는 피곤치 아니하시며 곤비치 아니하시며 명철이 한이 없으시며 피곤한 자에게는 능력을 주시며 무능한 자에게는 힘을 더하시나니 소년이라도 피곤하며 곤비하며 장정이라도 넘어지며 자빠지되
오직 여호와를 앙망하는 자는 새 힘을 얻으리니 독수리의 날개 치며 올라감 같을 것이요 달음박질하여도 곤비치 아니하겠고 걸어가도 피곤치 아니하리로다.(사40:28~31)

God, who gives strength to the weary and strength to the incompetent, will give it unconditionally by force if he looks only at me. It is the voice of God telling us not to look at people or material things, but to look at me without discouragement, resentment, and fear. Because God has tried that servant to be unfair, he will take responsibility and give new strength to use it. This is not man's way, but God's way, and it is the perfect work of the end times.
  피곤한 자에게 능력을 주시며 무능한 자에게 힘을 주시는 하나님은 나만 바라보면 무조건 강권으로 주신다는 방법입니다. 사람도 물질도 바라보지 말고 너는 낙심 말고 원망 말고 두려워 말고 나를 바라보라는 하나님의 음성입니다. 왜냐하면 하나님께서 그 종을 억울함을 당하도록 시련시켰으니 책임지고 새 힘을 주어서 들어 쓰시겠다는 것입니다. 이것은 사람의 방법이 아니고 하나님의 방법이며 종말적인 완전 역사입니다.

conclusion
결    론
The fruit of those who have gained new strength possesses a perfect personality and at the same time has a superhuman personality, so they subdue the kings. Or, it is a personality that renews the power of the peoples of the world(Is.41:1~2). They trample down their enemies like whitewash(Is.41:25). Through the servants who have received this power, a new era is formed (Is.41:17~20). This is the work of the end of the end of Christianity.
  새 힘을 얻은 자의 열매는 완전한 인격을 소유하는 동시에 초인간적인 인격을 가졌으니 열왕을 굴복시킵니다. 또는 세계 민족들의 힘을 새롭게 만드는 인격입니다(사41:1～2). 원수를 회삼물 같이 짓밟습니다.
(사41:25). 이 힘을 받은 종을 통하여 새 시대를 이룹니다.(사41:17～20). 이것이 기독교 종말의 끝을 맺는 역사라고 할 것입니다.
