이것은 은혜의 비입니다. 이때까지는 말세의 예언을 하는 시기가 아니므로 진리가 혼선돼 있어도 십자가를 증거 하는 종이라면 하늘에서 역사를 내렸지만 심판의 다림줄의 진리를 전해야 할 시기가 와서 그 권세로 역사하는 때는 아무 데나 하늘에서 은혜를 내리지 않는 다는 것입니다.
마25:8에 기름을 예비하였던 처녀는 신랑을 영접하여 혼인잔치에 들어갔습니다.
이와 같이 전 삼년 반이라는 기간은 처녀들이 신랑을 영접하려고 단장하는 기간이며 은혜를 새로 받아 가지고 신랑을 맞이할 신부가 되는 기간은 아닙니다.

그러므로 이때는 시련기이니 은혜를 받은 자들이 굳게 결심하고 강하게 나가는 때입니다. 권세를 가지고 물을 변하여 피가 되게 하는 것은 땅을 치는 권세까지 줬다는 것입니다. 택한 종을 통하여 저주를 내리는 것입니다.
이것은 이 땅을 심판하는 진노의 날에 남은 자가 되게 하는 진리를 전하는 때이니 만큼 모세 때와 같이 그 종을 통하여 이 땅에 재앙을 내린다는 것입니다.
아무 때든지 원하는 대로 여러 가지 재앙으로 땅을 친다는 것은 그 종에게 자유로운 권세를 맡겨 역사하기 때문입니다.
이것은 하늘권세와 땅의 권세를 아울러 맡긴 것은 그 종이 전하는 예언의 말씀이 심판의 다림줄이 되기 때문입니다. 다시 말하면 그 예언대로 재앙이 오고 새 시대의 축복이 오기 때문입니다.

이것은 기독교 영계를 통일시키는 역사입니다. 지금은 종말의 진리가 혼선되었다 하여도 십자가 도에 의하여 영계가 좌우되므로 영계문제가 혼란치 않고 교파를 초월하여 모든 영들은 중생의 은총을 받게 되었지만 인간종말의 역사는 예언의 말씀에 따라서 이슬같이 단비같이 역사가 내리므로 영, 육이 아울러 구원을 받는 때가 됩니다(미5:7~9).
그러므로 권세를 맡긴 종에게 영권을 맡기므로 그 증인이 영계를 자유롭게 움직이는 것을 뜻했습니다. 증인이 영권을 받았으므로 그 증인을 통하지 않고는 역사가 내리지를 않습니다.
왜냐하면 하늘에서 두 증인에게 권세를 맡겨서 증인으로 말미암아 기독교 종말의 혼란한 영계를 통일시키는 일을 하기 위하여 아무 사람에게나 그 역사를 내리지 않고 그 증인의 증거 하는 예언에 따라서 새로운 역사가 내리기 때문입니다.
은혜시대에 십자가를 증거 하는 사람을 통하여 중생의 역사가 내리듯이 기독교 종말에는 증인에게 준 예언의 말씀에 의하여 새로운 역사가 내리게 됩니다.

이렇게 되는 것은 사람으로 말미암아 되는 것이 아니요 위에서 증인을 세워 세계 통일의 역사를 하기 때문입니다. 하나님께서는 언제나 시대적인 법을 따라 역사할 때에 종을 들어서 쓰십니다. 율법시대에는 율법은 받은 모세에게 전권을 맡겼고 은혜시대에는 십자가 부활을 보고 증거 하는 사도들에게 권세를 맡겼고 인류 종말에는 예언의 말씀을 하나님께 받은 종에게 권세를 맡기게 되는 것입니다.

@ 봄비 때에 여호와 곧 번개를 내는 여호와께 비를 구하라 무리에게 소낙비를 내려서 밭의 채소를 각 사람에게 주리라(슥10:1).

@ 야곱의 남은 자는 많은 백성 중에 있으리니 그들은 여호와에게로서 내리는 이슬 같고 풀 위에 내리는 단비 같아서 사람을 기다리지 아니하며 인생을 기다리지 아니할 것이며 야곱의 남은 자는 열국 중과 여러 백성 중에 있으리니 그들은 수풀의 짐승 중의 사자 같고 양떼 중의 젊은 사자 같아서 만일 지나간즉 밟고 찢으리니 능히 구원할 자가 없을 것이라(미5:7~8).

이것은 이 세상 사람을 멸망시키는 재앙이 아니고 악의 세력을 굴복시키어 그 세력 아래서 택한 백성을 찾기 위한 방법입니다.
모세를 들어서 육적 이스라엘을 바로의 악정 아래서 찾아내듯이 십자가의 권능으로 마귀권세 아래서 죽은 영들을 구원하듯이 마지막 악의 세력인 공산당 짐승정권 아래서 하나님의 백성을 찾아내기 위한 방법입니다.
언제나 하나님은 마귀권세 아래서 당신의 백성을 찾아내기 위하여 율법시대에도 은혜시대에도 환란시대에도 역사하는데 특히 마지막 역사는 모든 택한 백성을 짐승의 악한 정치 아래서 구원해 내기 위하여 아무 때든지 원하는 대로 재앙으로 땅을 치며 원수의 나라로 진격해 들어가게 하는 것입니다. 이렇게 하므로 마지막 경고의 말씀을 붉은 짐승의 나라에 까지 전하게 되는 일입니다.
