* 계11:6. 저희가 권세를 가지고 하늘을 닫아 그 예언을 하는 날 동안 비 오지 못하게 하고 또 권세를 가지고 물을 변하여 피 되게 하고 아무 때든지 원하는 대로 여러 가지 재앙으로 땅을 치리로다.

이것은 은혜의 비입니다. 이때까지는 말세의 예언을 하는 시기가 아니므로 진리가 혼선돼 있어도 십자가를 증거 하는 종이라면 하늘에서 역사를 내렸지만 심판의 다림줄의 진리를 전해야 할 시기가 와서 그 권세로 역사하는 때는 아무 데나 하늘에서 은혜를 내리지 않는 다는 것입니다.
마25:8에 기름을 예비하였던 처녀는 신랑을 영접하여 혼인잔치에 들어갔습니다.
이와 같이 전 삼년 반이라는 기간은 처녀들이 신랑을 영접하려고 단장하는 기간이며 은혜를 새로 받아 가지고 신랑을 맞이할 신부가 되는 기간은 아닙니다.

만일 이러한 역사가 없이는 택한 백성을 찾아낼 수가 없는 철의 장막 속에 있는 양떼를 구출하기 위하여 마지막 때에 종을 들어서 모세같이 쓰시는 것입니다.
만일 하나님께서 지금 철의 장막 속에 있는 양떼를 건져내지 않고 심판한다는 것은 있을 수가 없는 일입니다.
지금 공산 진영 아래 있는 백성들은 60세 이하 사람은 복음을 듣지도 못하고 캄캄한 흑암에 잠겨 있는 현실인데 그 속에 있는 백성을 찾기 위해서는 말세의 종을 들어 쓸 때에 모세같이 들어서 칠 배나 더 강한 역사를 일으키는 것입니다.
전 삼년 반이란 인간이 알 수 없는 비밀인데 먼저 기독교 세계에 잠자는 종들을 깨우치는 일에 증인권세로 역사하되 아무리 기독교가 많다하여도 종말의 진리를 바로 증거 하는 종을 통하여만 소낙비 같이 은혜가 쏟아지게 하십니다(슥10:1).
말세 역사라는 것은 예언의 말씀을 통하여 새 시대에 들어 갈 택한 자에게 은혜가 내리되 이슬같이, 단비같이(미5:7) 내리어 인생을 기다리지 않게 하고 그 밖에는 은혜가 내리지 않게 되는 일은 새 시대에 들어 갈 자들은 완전히 무장을 갖춰주기 위하여 역사를 강하게 내리는 것을 가르쳤습니다.
자유 진영의 기독교를 향해서는 비를 내리고, 내리지 않는 권세로써 모든 종들이 하나같이 단비같이 내리는 역사를 받게 됩니다.
이것은 말세에 대표적인 사람에게 주는 특권이니 이 권세를 주는 이유는 진노의 날에 강권으로 들어 쓰는 종이니 만큼 여호와의 대행자로 쓰여 지는 종이므로 하나님께서 증거를 보여주기 위하여 강하게 역사하는 것입니다.
모세 때에 역사는 새 시대를 이루는 역사가 아니요, 예언적인 선지 국가를 이루기 위한 역사였으나 말세증인의 역사는 완전히 새 시대를 이루는 역사이니 만큼 대표적인 종에게 전권대사의 특권을 맡겨 원수를 굴복시키며 진리를 증거 하여 그 안에 있는 백성을 구출시키는 것입니다.
하나님께서 이와 같이 역사하는 것은 택한 백성을 찾아내는 역사의 마지막 법입니다.

@ 내가 네게 큰 축복을 주고 네 씨로 크게 성하여 하늘의 별과 같고 바닷가의 모래와 같게 하리니 네 씨가 그 대적의 문을 얻으리라(창22:17).

@ 내가 네 앞서 가서 험한 곳을 평탄케 하며 놋문을 쳐서 부수며 쇠 빗장을 꺾고 (사45:2)

이것은 모든 권세를 예언의 말씀을 따라서 하나님은 행하신다는 뜻입니다.
하나님께서 새로운 힘을 주는 단비와 같은 역사는 일반에게 내리지 않고 말씀을 통일시키기 위한 하나님의 권세 역사는 예언의 말씀을 따라 완전히 결실하도록 역사하는 것을 뜻한 것입니다. 하나님은 종말의 역사라는 것은 다림줄의 진리를 통하여 권세로 역사한다는 뜻입니다.

God entrust the free power.
Because of being the might who is possessed as the servant gaining recognition from the heaven like the god and it irons, fights because of the power of the plummet, this is the fruit accomplishing the public work of the full victory.
In this way, the need that it does is the way that evil's power has been being chased for the land by the sky and it rescues the race which this disaster chooses.
하나님께서 자유로운 권세를 맡긴다는 것입니다.
이것은 하늘에서 인정을 받는 종으로서 신과 같이 씌여지되 다림줄의 권세로 싸우는 용사이니만큼 완전승리의 역사를 이루는 열매입니다.
이와 같이 할 필요는 마귀의 권세가 하늘에서 땅으로 쫓겨 내려오는 동시에 그 환란에서 택한 종족을 구원하기 위한 방법입니다.
