예지예정 아래 독생자 예수님을 통하여 영원천국을 이루시기 위하여 지상에 먼저 천년평화왕국을 이루시고 다시 무궁세계에 영원한 천국을 이루시는 것이 예정된 사랑의 섭리인데 완전한 나라를 이루기 위하여 육천년의 구원의 섭리 속에 시대적으로 구원의 역사를 이루어 오셨는데 타락한 인생을 구원하는 역사로만이 섭리를 이룰 수 있기 때문에 예수님의 십자가의 희생으로 하나님의 공의 법을 완성시키시고 에덴동산을 회복 시켜주기 위하여 오랜 세월이 필요 했던 것입니다.
한 사명자 아브라함을 택하여 언약을 하시고 한 민족을 택하여 예언적으로 이루시고 인간 종말에 다른 한 사명자를 택하시고 한 민족을 택하여 그 언약을 완전히 이루시는 것이 예정된 경륜이며 섭리입니다.
