하나님께서는 천지를 창조하고 아담을 창조할 적에 아담을 통하여 세계를 통일하는 나라를 이루기 위한 목적은 아니었습니다. 왜냐하면 아담을 통하여 영광의 나라가 이루어진다면 성부, 성자, 성신님께 영광이 될 수 없습니다.
왜냐하면 영원한 나라를 사람의 힘으로 이루어 놓으면 사람들이 하나님께 영광을 돌릴 일이 되지 못하고 오히려 자기의 한일을 자랑하는 일이 되겠으므로 가장 간교한 뱀을 창조하여 사람을 꾀어보게 하고 사람이 어리석어서 꾀임을 받았다 하더라도 하나님은 인생을 버리지 않고 성부, 성자, 성신이 사람에게 역사해서 타락한 인생을 다시 구원해주므로 영원한 나라가 이루어질 것을 가르쳐서 임마누엘이여! 그의 펴는 날개가 네 땅에 편만하리라고 하신 것입니다.

누구든지 완전하신 예수를 믿으면 예수님의 완전 승리의 역사의 힘으로 말미암아 타락한 인생들이 그 나라에 들어가게 되는 것입니다. 하나님은 인생을 창조할 때에 임마누엘의 역사를 믿어서 그 나라에 들어갈 수 있도록 목적한 것입니다.
그러나 하나님께서 사람을 범죄케 하시는 신이 아니시고 사람이 약해 범죄 하더라도 임마누엘의 역사로써 택한 자를 구원하여 승리하게 되도록 역사해 주는 것을 임마누엘의 나래라는 것입니다. 어떤 신학자가 예정론을 말할 때에 사람이 타락하는 것도 하나님의 예정이라고 하는 것은 탈선된 학설입니다. 사람이 마귀에게 꾀임 받아 타락했지만 하나님은 당신이 예정한 목적을 이루어 놓는 데는 임마누엘을 통하여 이루어 놓되 회개하는 자의 죄를 사해주고 자기의 부족을 깨닫고 지혜를 구하면 지혜를 주고 능력을 구하면 능력을 주되 택한 자에게 회개하도록 징계하시고 완전한 인격을 이루도록 하시되 택한 자에게 믿음을 주어서 믿고 구하는 대로 주는 것을 임마누엘의 역사라는 것입니다.

조물주 하나님께서는 언제나 원수에게 위력을 먼저 주시고 그 위력 앞에 모든 사람이 떨데 될 때에 홀연히 원수의 위력을 없이하는 하나님의 역사가 나타나므로 하나님의 사람을 통하여 영광을 받으실 일을 행하시는 것이니 과거 이사야 시대에 북방 앗수르의 위력을 들어서 부패한 이스라엘을 짓밟고 들어오게 하는 동시에 히스기야 왕의 간곡한 기도로써 북방을 승리하게 하는 증거를 보여 주면서 인간 종말에 대한 묵시의 말씀을 책에 기록하게 하여 세계 인류에게 전하게 한 것은 의의가 있습니다.

완전이라는 것은 독립적인 완전이 없고 대상자가 있음으로만이 완전이라는 것을 이룰 수가 있는 것입니다. 아무리 스스로 계신 완전한 신이 있다하여도 그 신께서 홀로는 완전이라는 것을 나타낼 수 없되 완전 역사를 받을 수 있는 대상자가 되는 인생이 있음으로써 신의 완전 역사라는 것은 피조물 된 인생에게 완전한 열매가 되는 것입니다. 또 인생으로 하여금 신의 완전역사를 받는다 하여도 사람에게 원수가 되는 세력이 없다 해도 신의 완전 역사는 인생에게 큰 영광이 될 수 없습니다. 그러므로 금일에 우리의 원수가 되는 북방 세력이 강하게 일어남으로써 임마누엘의 나래가 되는 강한 역사가 우리에게 완전한 열매가 되므로 새 시대가 완전히 이루게 되니 이것을 가르쳐서 북방의 위력과 임마누엘의 날개의 역사라는 것을 말하는 것입니다.
