이것이 성민이라는 사람들의 성별된 생활이었습니다. 그러므로 예수님께서 이방 갈릴리 나사렛에서 나올 때에 유대인들은 메시야가 유대 땅 베들레헴에서 나오는 것이 원칙이요, 갈릴리에서 나온다는 것은 절대 이단이라고 부인했던 것입니다.

그리스도는 세계인류를 구원하기 위하여 십자가에 못 박혀 죽으시고 부활 승천하여 성신을 내리실 적에 유대인이나 이방인이나 꼭 같이 내리셨습니다. 그러나 유대인들은 하나님도 모르고 성경도 모르고 흑암에 빠져있는 이방인들이 예수를 믿으므로 하나님의 자녀가 된다는 것은 용납할 수가 없는 일이라고 하는 것입니다.

그러므로 이 빛을 받아 마귀 권세를 벗어나서 광명한 천국으로 들어가는 일이 이날까지 이방의 빛이 되는 역사인 것입니다. 이방의 빛이라는 것은 어두운 마음을 밝혀주고 주 예수님이 하나님의 아들이시며 속건 제물로 우리의 죄를 위하여 십자가에서 죽으시고 사망의 권세를 이기고 부활 승천하심을 믿는 믿음으로 성신을 받아 그 영을 중생시키는 동시에 하나님을 공경할 수 있는 사람이 되도록 하여 하나님의 자녀의 권세를 얻게 하는 역사를 말합니다.

이때는 죄과를 떠난 자라야 구속자를 맞이하게 됩니다. 이때에 역사하는 종은 입술에 말씀이 임하므로 아무런 흑암의 세력이 미혹을 한다 하여도 말씀의 빛으로 그 미혹을 물리치게 됩니다. 이 역사는 동방에서부터 나오게 되며 그 빛을 따라 들어오는 자는 새 시대에 들어갈 것을 가르쳤습니다. 하나님의 역사라는 것은 그 영혼을 구원시키는 빛의 역사도 있고 그 몸을 구원시키는 빛의 역사도 있으니 이날까지의 역사는 영혼을 구원시키는 빛의 역사요, 인간종말에 원수를 갚는 진노의 날에는 몸이 구원을 받는 빛의 역사인데 이것은 새 시대로 인도하는 진리입니다. 다시 말하면 천국복음운동은 이방의 빛이 되었고 심판의 다림줄의 진리는 새 시대를 이루는 빛의 역사가 되므로 다림줄의 진리를 따라서 나가는 자만 흑암을 뚫고 나가 새 시대의 왕국에 들어가게 되는 것입니다. 아무리 천국복음의 빛을 받아 중생한 자라도 새 시대에 들어가는 말씀의 빛을 따르지 않는 자는 그 몸이 환란에서 구원을 받을 수 없습니다.
