This chapter is meant to teach the child of Zion to avoid anger and to lay down the Peace when an apocalyptic controversy comes.
본 장은 종말적인 환란이 올 때 참된 시온의 자녀는 환란을 피하고 평강을 누리게 되는 것을 목적으로 가르친 말씀입니다.
* important verse: 16. He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.

* the explanation) But those who are righteous, honest, and those who are not participation to injustice will have the protection of God that supplies food and water under the protection of God.
* 강해) 그러나 의롭고 정직하고 불의에 동참치 않는 자들은 하나님의 보호 밑에 양식과 물을 공급해 주는 하나님의 보호가 있습니다.
* 33:7. Well, they've seen their warrior singing outside,
* 사33:7. 보라 그들의 용사가 밖에서 부르짖으며 평화의 사신들이 슬피 곡하며
* the explanation) This tribulation is the tribulation of the end of mankind, and the one who dreams of the artificial peace of the world is sad because the mighty warrior of the world is not worthy.
The envoys of peace will be sorrowful. This is the case for the regime forces in the Republic of Korea, Kim Dae Jung and Roh Moo Hyun Moon Jae In. It will be a mourning power for the not long time.
* 강해) 이 환란이라는 것은 인류 종말의 환란이니 세상의 용사도 당치 못하고 세상의 인위적인 평화를 꿈꾸던 자도 슬퍼합니다. 평화의 사신들이 슬피 곡하게 됩니다. 우리나라는 김대중 정권과 노무현 정권의 용공협상 문제인 정권 세력들이 여기에 해당됩니다. 불원간에 슬피 우는 세력이 될 것입니다.
* Is.33:8. It's because of the devastation, and it's going to ruin the Treaty, and we don't think about people.

* the explanation) No matter how artificially a peace treaty has been established, God's enemies arise, despising the city, and sparing no man, a broad way be ruined.
Only the path of the Holy spirit receive is peace. Believing in the promises of the Communist Party is foolish people who believe in animals.
The essence of the Communist Party is deceptive, deceitful, treacherous.
* 강해) 그들이 아무리 인위적인 평화조약을 맺었으나 하나님의 대적이 일어나서 성읍을 멸시하며 사람을 아끼지 않으니 대로가 황폐됩니다.
성신 받는 길만이 평안입니다. 공산당 세력의 약속을 믿는 것은 짐승을 믿는 어리석은 자들입니다. 공산당 본질이 속이고 거짓이며 궤휼입니다.
& When the enemy of God breaks the treaty(7~9).
& 하나님의 대적이 조약을 파하는 때(7~9).
It is the work of the kingdom of Israel that God himself raised up the enemy and brought tribulation, and raised himself up and fought for his people.
However, no matter how your child is, he who has not obeyed God's will has been left to his enemies to die. It is the word of God who promised to do so at the end of the human race that, even in strongest opposition to those who obey God's will, God's protection has come together, that He will take them out of the hands of His enemies and triumph,
The text tells us that for some time there is a treaty for world peace, but when God stands up, he hears the enemy of God and breaks the covenant, and all those who fear God and have peace with his enemies are in distress I taught to fall.
The warriors cry out, and the envoys say that the enemy has destroyed the treaty, despised the city, and did not think of man, and said that this land would be utterly devastated.
하나님께서 대적을 들어 환난이 오게 하시면서, 친히 일어나 당신의 백성을 위하여 싸워 주셨다는 것이 이스라엘 왕국의 역사가 됩니다.
그러나 아무리 당신의 자녀라도 하나님의 뜻에 순종치 않는 자는 대적에게 맡겨서 죽게 하셨습니다. 그리고 하나님의 뜻을 순종하는 자는 아무리 대적이 강하여도 하나님의 보호가 같이 해서 그 대적의 손에서 벗어나게 하시고 승리하게 하시면서 인간 종말에도 그렇게 하실 것을 약속하신 것이 하나님의 말씀입니다.
본문을 보면 인간 종말에 가서 얼마동안 세계 평화를 위한 조약이 있지만, 하나님께서 일어나실 때는 하나님의 대적을 들어서 그 조약을 파하게 하시고, 하나님을 두려워하지 않고 대적과 평화 조약을 맺던 사람들은 다 비참한 가운데 떨어질 것을 가르쳤습니다.
용사가 부르짖으며, 사신들이 곡하는 것은 대적이 조약을 파하고 성읍을 멸시하고 사람을 생각지 않기 때문이라고 하였으며, 이 땅이 완전히 황폐화되는 일이 있을 것을 말씀하셨습니다.
Therefore, asking the enemy to negotiate for artificial peace would be rather grievous. We must do things that will not be reproved in the sight of God when He rises up.
If a person tolerates the idea to make peace with God's major Communist Party, it is the same person who says to the thief that he shows his treasure and says, "I do not want to steal."
Now the enemy of God is using the so-called peace treaty. We should not be afraid of the enemy of God breaking out of the peace treaty, but we should keep our thoughts as the greater thing that God is risen.
To say that those who believe in Jesus today must have peace with the enemy of God is like a man who fumbles and goes into the fire.
God's Word can never be broken. Therefore, in the realization of the Word, peace that leaves God's Word will become a self-inflicted act.
그러므로 인위적인 평화를 위하여 대적에게 협상을 요구한다는 것은 오히려 슬퍼할 일이 되고 말 것입니다. 우리는 하나님께서 일어나실 때에 그 앞에서 책망을 받지 않을 일을 해야 됩니다.
만일 어떤 사람이 하나님의 대적인 공산당과 평화를 하기 위하여 그 사상을 용납한다면 도둑에게 자기가 갖고 있는 보물을 보여주면서 “내 것은 훔쳐 가지 않기를 바란다.”고 말하는 사람이나 같습니다.
지금 하나님의 대적은 소위 평화 조약이라는 것을 이용하고 있습니다. 우리는 하나님의 대적이 평화 조약을 깨쳐 버리고 나오는 것을 무서워할 것이 아니요, 하나님께서 일어나시는 것을 더 큰일로 알고 사상을 지켜야 할 것입니다.
오늘날 예수를 믿는다는 사람들이 하나님의 대적과 평화를 해야만 된다고 하는 것은 섶을 지고 불에 뛰어 들어가는 사람과 같습니다.
하나님의 말씀은 절대로 폐하지 못합니다. 그러므로 말씀대로 이루어지는 현실에서 하나님의 말씀을 떠난 평화라는 것은 멸망을 자취하는 행동이 될 것입니다.
* Is.33:9. The earth mourned and languished: Lebanon is ashamed and hewn down: Sharon is like a wilderness; and Bashan and Carmel shake off their fruits.
* 사33:9. 땅이 슬퍼하고 쇠잔하며 레바논은 부끄러워 마르고 사론은 사막과 같고 바산과 갈멜은 목엽을 떨어치는도다.
* the explanation) The land is sorrowful and waning, no matter how much wood is like Lebanon, and like Saron, the grain, and even if Basan and Carmel are abundant, they are devastated.
* 강해) 땅이 슬퍼하고 쇠잔하니 아무리 레바논 같이 목재가 많고 사론같이 곡창이요 바산과 갈멜 같이 과원이 풍성하더라도 다 황폐화된다는 것입니다.
신앙 준비 외에는 헛된 일입니다.
* Is.33:10~12. Now will I rise, said the LORD; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself. You shall conceive chaff, you shall bring forth stubble: your breath, as fire, shall devour you.
And the people shall be as the burnings of lime: as thorns cut up shall they be burned in the fire.
* 사33:10~12. 여호와께서 가라사대 내가 이제 일어나며 내가 이제 나를 높이며 내가 이제 지극히 높이우리니 너희가 겨를 잉태하고 짚을 해산할 것이며 너희의 호흡은 불이 되어 너희를 삼킬 것이며 민족들은 불에 굽는 횟돌 같겠고 베어서 불에 사르는 가시나무 같으리로다.
* the explanation) When the LORD ascends and is exalted, the evil human beings are burned like chaff and straw, whose breath is a fire, devouring them, and the nations of the world becoming a burning tribulation.
The LORD was silent, but now I am exceedingly high, and you will conceive chaff, dissolve the straw, and breath will be a fire. So the chaff is burned, and only the Holy spirit becomes a grain and goes to a new age.
There is a little bit of global tribulation, so later on, the atomic bomb will burst. It is time for bowl disaster.
* 강해) 이때는 여호와께서 일어나시며 높임을 받을 때니 악한 인간들은 겨와 짚같이 타게 되니 그 호흡은 불이 되어 그들을 삼키며 세계 민족들은 불에 굽는 횟돌같이 되는 환란입니다.
여호와께서 잠잠히 계셨지만 이제 내가 나를 지극히 높이우리라 너희는 겨를 잉태하고 짚을 해산 할 것이며 호흡은 불이 됩니다. 그러니 쭉정이는 불에 타고 성신 받은 자만 알곡이 되어 새 시대에 가는 것입니다.
세계적인 환란은 조금 남았으므로 나중에 때가 되면 원자탄도 터진다는 것입니다.
대접 재앙 때입니다.
@ And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.(Rev.16:17~18).
@ 일곱째가 그 대접을 공기 가운데 쏟으매 큰 음성이 성전에서 보좌로부터 나서 가로되 되었다 하니 번개와 음성들과 뇌성이 있고 또 큰 지진이 있어 어찌 큰지 사람이 땅에 있어 옴으로 이같이 큰 지진이 없었더라(계16:17~18).
* Is.33:13~14. Hear, you that are far off, what I have done; and, you that are near, acknowledge my might.
The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
* 사33:13~14. 너희 먼데 있는 자들아 나의 행한 것을 들으라. 너희 가까이 있는 자들아 나의 권능을 알라. 시온의 죄인들이 두려워하며 경건치 아니한 자들이 떨며 이르기를 우리 중에 누가 삼키는 불과 함께 거하겠으며 우리 중에 누가 영영히 타는 것과 함께 거하리요 하도다.
* the explanation) Those who do not know the fulfillment of prophecy because they are not interested in God's work do not listen well.
At this time everyone will be afraid, but those who are ungodly will be trembling. He who is not received the Holy spirit is trembling.
* 강해) 하나님의 역사에 관심이 없으므로 예언이 성취되는 것을 알지 못하는 사람은 잘 듣지를 않습니다. 이때는 모든 사람은 두려워하되 경건치 아니한 자들이 떨게 될 것입니다. 성신 받지 못한 사람은 떨게 되는 것입니다.
