This chapter is a redefines of the truth of the judgment plummet of Isaiah.

본 장은 이사야에게 나타난 심판의 다림줄의 진리를 다시 구체화시켜서 나타낸 말씀입니다.
1장에서 39장까지는 구약의 시대적인 역사를 들어서 심판과 새 시대를 중점으로 가르친 교훈이요 40장에서부터는 말일에 동방 역사를 들어서 어떠한 역사인 것을 구체적으로 말씀한 동시에 새 시대를 말씀한 것입니다.
본문을 밝히는 것만이 흑암을 뚫고 마귀를 물리칠 수 있습니다.
말씀이 응하는 과정은 응하는 자 밖에는 모르는 일이므로 이단시 하지 마시고 부득이 증거 하는 것은 본문 증거에 충실하고자 하는 것입니다.

* important verse 31. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
* 요절 31절. 오직 여호와를 앙망하는 자는 새 힘을 얻으리니 독수리의 날개 치며 올라감 같을 것이요 달음박질하여도 곤비치 아니하겠고 걸어가도 피곤치 아니하리로다.

* the explanation) The power of man is a weakness, even if it is a boy or a strong young man, but it is a weakness to fall down, but the one who waits for Jehovah will give a superhuman new power to become a warrior of a win every battle warriors. * 강해) 인간의 힘이라는 것은 소년이라도 장정이라도 다 피곤해 넘어지는 것이 약점이지만 여호와를 앙망하는 자는 초인간적인 새 힘을 주어서 백전백승의 용사가 되게 한다는 것입니다. 이것은 살아서 심판 주를 영접할 인격을 이루어 놓는 일입니다.

* Is.40:10~11. Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.
* 사40:10~11. 보라 주 여호와께서 장차 강한 자로 임하실 것이요 친히 그 팔로 다스리실 것이라 보라 상급이 그에게 있고 보응이 그 앞에 있으며 그는 목자 같이 양 무리를 먹이시며 어린 양을 그 팔로 모아 품에 안으시며 젖먹이는 암컷들을 온순히 인도하시리로다.

* 강해) 이 외치는 소리의 목적은 하나님께서 강한 자로 임할 때에 상급이 그에게 있고 보응이 그 앞에 있는데 목자가 양을 먹이며 팔로 안아 주고 인도하듯이 심판 날에 택한 자를 아껴 보호한다는 소식입니다.
재림주가 올 때에 전하는 복음은 아름다운 소식인데 절대로 죽지 않는다는 것이며 목자가 양을 먹이듯이 어린양을 팔로 안아주듯이 품어서 보호할 것이니 하나님께로 돌아오라는 것입니다.
처음에 사죄의 소식은 광야에서 되지만은 마지막 재림의 주가 올 때에 영, 육이 아울러 구원받아 새 시대 가는 진리를 전하는 것은 산에서부터 나온다는 그 말입니다.

  & To be in control of the arm(10).
  & 친히 그 팔로 다스리는 일(10).

이날까지는 이 세상을 악한 자에게 맡겨서 다스리게 했으므로 의인이 악인에게 억압을 당하고 진리가 비 진리에게 피해를 당하고 거룩한 단체가 속화된 단체에게 축출을 받고 거짓된 사람들이 정직한 사람을 모함해서 죽이는 일도 있었던 것입니다.
그러나 주께서 친히 팔로 다스릴 때는 의로운 자가 불의한 자를 정직한 자가 거짓된 자를 거룩한 단체가 속화된 단체를 진리의 역사가 이단적인 세력을 완전히 없애 버립니다.
시온이라도 하나님과 의합 된 시온만이 남아서 아름다운 시대를 이루는 것입니다.
하나님은 지금은 각 사람의 인격이 아름다워지는 것을 목적하고 잠잠히 역사하지만 친히 팔로 다스릴 때는 잠잠히 개인에게 역사해서 아름답게 할 때에 아름다워진 자라야 아름다운 시대의 왕권을 받고 시민권을 받게 되는 것입니다.
하나님의 종이라도 아름다워진 자라야 남은 자가 되고 하나님의 자녀 중에서도 아름다워진 자가 새 시대에 들어가는 것을 아름다운 소식이라는 것입니다.

  & There are rewards and rewards(10).
  & 상급과 보응이 있음(10).

이날까지의 거룩하고 지혜롭고 정직하고 사랑의 심정을 가진 자들이 억울하게 순교의 피를 흘리게 한 것은 상급을 주기 위한 목적입니다.
또한 아무리 악한 자라도 권세를 그냥 주어서 역사하게 한 것은 원수를 갚아 주기 위한 하나님의 모략적인 방법입니다.
왜냐하면 악한 자가 강하게 일어나도 정직하게 나가고 담대히 진리를 위하여 싸우는 자가 왕권을 받게 하기 위한 방법이었습니다.
그러므로 악한 자들은 자기네가 영원히 주권을 쥐고 지상을 지배할 것 같았으나 보응의 날에는 악하고 강한 세력은 모두 없이합니다.
그러나 아무리 미약해도 아름다운 소식의 말씀을 겸손히 받는 자만 말씀에 의하여 보호하고 그 밖의 세력은 다 없애는 것을 하나님의 종말의 역사라는 것입니다.

  & Hugging and directing the elect person(11).
  & 택한 자를 안아 주고 인도하는 일(11).

Now, as God has chosen the one who hates the wicked and is despised, let Egypt tranquilize Israel, so that God will not hug and guide his people until the time is fulfilled right. 지금은 하나님께서 택한 자를 악자에게 억울함을 당하고 멸시를 받기를 애굽이 이스라엘을 압박할 때에 잠잠히 있듯이 때가 찰 때까지는 하나님은 당신의 백성을 안아 주고 인도해 주는 일이 없는 것 같이 쓴잔을 맛보게 하고 고통 중에 부르짖어도 큰 역사를 하지 않고 있는 것은 과연 안아 주고 인도할 수 있는 사람을 찾기 위한 목적입니다.

To this day, guiding is guiding people to repent and return to those who commit sin without knowing who God is.
Here, leading is simply a story of beautiful news, beautifully protected, beautifully guided, without harshness and calamity to hug and guide your Zion even on the day when all men are plagued and fall in tribulation and die.
Is.40: Below 30 and Isaiah as a whole said the beautiful news, so it is beautiful news that the eastern public work comes up like chapter 41 and a new age comes.
이날까지의 인도라는 것은 하나님이 누구신지 모르고 죄를 범하는 사람을 회개하고 돌아오라는 인도입니다.
여기에 인도라는 것은 모든 사람이 다 재앙을 받고 환난 중에 쓰러져 죽는 날이라도 당신의 시온은 안아주고 인도하는 것은 환란과 재앙을 받지 않고 아름답게 보호하고, 아름답게 인도해서 아름다운 소식의 요지를 간단히 말한 것입니다.
Is.40:30 이하와 이사야 전체는 아름다운 소식을 구체적으로 말씀한 것이니 동방 역사가 41장 같이 일어나서 새로운 시대가 오는 것을 아름다운 소식이라는 것입니다.

* Is.40:12~26. Who had measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance? Who had directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counsellor hath taught him?
With whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding?
Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing. And Lebanon is not sufficient to burn, nor the beasts thereof sufficient for a burnt offering.
All nations before him are as nothing; and they are counted to him less than nothing, and vanity. To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him?
The workman melted a graven image, and the goldsmith spreaded it over with gold, and casted silver chains.
He that is so impoverished that he hath no oblation chose a tree that will not rot; he sought unto him a cunning workman to prepare a graven image, that shall not be moved.
Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?
It is he that sat upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretched out the heavens as a curtain, and spreaded them out as a tent to dwell in: That brought the princes to nothing; he made the judges of the earth as vanity.
Yea, they shall not be planted; yea, they shall not be sown: yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth: and he shall also blow upon them, and they shall wither, and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble.
To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? said the Holy One.
Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who had created these things, that brought out their host by number: he called them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one failed.
* 사40:12~26. 누가 손바닥으로 바다 물을 헤아렸으며 뼘으로 하늘을 재었으며 땅의 티끌을 되에 담아 보았으며 명칭으로 산들을, 간칭으로 작은 산들을 달아 보았으랴. 누가 여호와의 신을 지도하였으며 그의 모사가 되어 그를 가르쳤으랴. 그가 누구로 더불어 의논하셨으며 누가 그를 교훈하였으며 그에게 공평의 도로 가르쳤으며 지식을 가르쳤으며 통달의 도를 보여 주었느뇨. 보라 그에게는 열방은 통의 한 방울 물 같고 저울의 적은 티끌 같으며 섬들은 떠오르는 먼지 같으니 레바논 짐승들은 번제 소용에도 부족하겠고 그 삼림은 그 화목 소용에도 부족할 것이라. 그 앞에는 모든 열방이 아무 것도 아니라 그는 그들을 없는 것 같이, 빈 것 같이 여기시느니라. 그런즉 너희가 하나님을 누구와 같다 하겠으며 무슨 형상에 비기겠느냐. 우상은 장인이 부어 만들었고 장색이 금으로 입혔고 또 위하여 은사슬을 만든 것이니라. 궁핍하여 이런 것을 드리지 못하는 자는 썩지 않는 나무를 택하고 공교한 장인을 구하여 우상을 만들어서 흔들리지 않도록 세우느니라. 너희가 알지 못하였느냐 너희가 듣지 못하였느냐 태초부터 너희에게 전하지 아니하였느냐 땅의 기초가 창조될 때부터 너희가 깨닫지 못하였느냐. 그는 땅 위 궁창에 앉으시나니 땅의 거민들은 메뚜기 같으니라. 그가 하늘을 차일 같이 펴셨으며 거할 천막 같이 베푸셨고 귀인들을 폐하시며 세상의 사사들을 헛되게 하시나니 그들은 겨우 심기웠고 겨우 뿌리웠고 그 줄기가 겨우 땅에 뿌리를 박자 곧 하나님의 부심을 받고 말라 회리바람에 불려가는 초개같도다. 거룩하신 자가 가라사대 그런즉 너희가 나를 누구에게 비기며 나로 그와 동등이 되게 하겠느냐 하시느니라. 너희는 눈을 높이 들어 누가 이 모든 것을 창조하였나 보라 주께서는 수효대로 만상을 이끌어 내시고 각각 그 이름을 부르시나니 그의 권세가 크고 그의 능력이 강하므로 하나도 빠짐이 없느니라.

* the explanation) In the day of judgment of God who is so strong, God who protects it is taught that it is the greatest god and the almighty God.

* 강해) 이렇게 강한 자로 임하시는 하나님의 심판 날에 보호하는 하나님은 가장 위대한 신이시요 무소불능의 신이라는 것을 가르쳤습니다.
이렇게 위대하신 하나님의 역사는 우리 육체까지 구원하여 주고 원수를 갚아주고 몸이 살아서 새 시대에 들어가게 해준다는 진리가 아름다운 소식이며 조물주 하나님이 하시는 역사라는 것입니다.
그래서 말세에 가서 아름다운 소식전하는 사람이 어떠한 사람이 전하게 될 것이냐를 말합니다.

  & We need to know God's greatness(12~26).
  & 하나님의 위대성을 알아야 함(12~26).

Man must have knowledge to know how great God is.
What a person thinks of God as a standard for him is that the cistern is like a potter himself. To possess a perfect person as a man begins with a grasp of the greatness of the Creator God.
For example, a child can not immediately know the personality of a parent or teacher who teaches a child before it becomes a full book, or if a technician knows the technology of the person who made the machine, he knows the contents of the machine .
As such, knowing the greatness of the Creator God as a person can not know the greatness of the Creator except the wise and understanding who can know the vast providence of the Creator God.
사람이라는 것은 하나님은 얼마나 위대하다는 것을 아는 지식을 가져야 합니다.
어떤 사람이 하나님을 자기에게 표준 하여 생각한다는 것은 뚝배기가 토기장이를 자기와 같다고 하는 것이니 우리 사람으로서 완전한 인격을 소유하려면 조물주 하나님의 위대성을 바로 알아듣는 데서부터 시작되는 것입니다.
예를 든다면 어린아이가 완전한 장부가 되기 전에 자기를 기르는 부모나 가르치는 선생의 그 인격을 바로 알 수 없고 또는 기술자가 기계를 제작한 사람의 그 기술을 알려면 그 기계의 내용을 아는 자라야 아는 것입니다.
이와 같이 사람으로서 조물주 하나님의 위대성을 아는 것은 조물주 하나님의 광대한 섭리를 알 수 있는 지혜와 총명을 받은 자밖에는 조물주의 위대성을 알 수가 없는 것입니다.

Therefore, the best knowledge can be obtained only from knowing the greatness of the Creator God.
To know God as a human brain is just as common as trying to make seawater with small shells, people who want to mount a mountain on a small scale, and people who want to get to the sky with their own          the span of a hand.
Therefore, we can clearly see God's greatness by looking at Isaiah 40:12. below.
We can not dare to speak to God with any thought or words, but only by believing that God is the God of his own, the God of helplessness, the truthful, the perfect god of integrity, the eternal God, You will experience evidence.
그러므로 최고의 지식은 조물주 하나님의 위대성을 아는데서부터라야 바로 가질 수 있는 것입니다.
인간 두뇌로서 하나님을 알아보려는 것은 작은 조개껍질로 바닷물을 되려는 것과 마찬가지요, 작은 저울로 산을 달아보려는 사람과 일반이요, 자기 뼘으로 하늘을 재어 보려는 사람과 일반입니다.
그러므로 사40:12이하를 보면 하나님의 위대성을 분명히 알 수 있습니다.
우리는 하나님께 대해서는 아무런 생각이나 말로써 감히 말할 수 없고 하나님은 스스로 계신 신이시며, 무소불능의 신이시며, 진실무위하시고 영원 존재하신 완전무결의 신이라는 것을 신앙함으로만이 그의 완전성을 신앙할 수 있는 증거를 체험하게 될 것입니다.
