본 장은 이사야에게 나타난 심판의 다림줄의 진리를 다시 구체화시켜서 나타낸 말씀입니다.
1장에서 39장까지는 구약의 시대적인 역사를 들어서 심판과 새 시대를 중점으로 가르친 교훈이요 40장에서부터는 말일에 동방 역사를 들어서 어떠한 역사인 것을 구체적으로 말씀한 동시에 새 시대를 말씀한 것입니다.
본문을 밝히는 것만이 흑암을 뚫고 마귀를 물리칠 수 있습니다.
말씀이 응하는 과정은 응하는 자 밖에는 모르는 일이므로 이단시 하지 마시고 부득이 증거 하는 것은 본문 증거에 충실하고자 하는 것입니다.

* 요절 31절. 오직 여호와를 앙망하는 자는 새 힘을 얻으리니 독수리의 날개 치며 올라감 같을 것이요 달음박질하여도 곤비치 아니하겠고 걸어가도 피곤치 아니하리로다.

Have you not known? have you not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainted not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

* 사40:27~29. 야곱아 네가 어찌하여 말하며 이스라엘아 네가 어찌하여 이르기를 내 사정은 여호와께 숨겨졌으며 원통한 것은 내 하나님에게서 수리하심을 받지 못한다 하느냐 너는 알지 못하였느냐 듣지 못하였느냐 영원하신 하나님 여호와, 땅 끝까지 창조하신 자는 피곤치 아니하시며 곤비치 아니하시며 명철이 한이 없으시며 피곤한 자에게는 능력을 주시며 무능한 자에게는 힘을 더하시나니

말세에 야곱이란 아름다운 소식을 전하는 사람이 야곱인데 옛날 야곱이 아니고 지상 축복을 받을 야곱인데 딱한 사정을 만나고 억울한 사정을 만나고 하나님만 알아줄 원통한 일을 만나는데 그럴 때에 하나님만 바라보면 새 힘을 준다는 것입니다.
그래서 먼저 받는 종이 슥3:2에서는 그슬린 나무가 된다고 했고 오바다 성경에서는 크게 멸시를 받는 다고 했습니다.
대종님의 증언은 1967.8.15. 새 힘을 주시고 새 힘을 받아야 말세 종이라 하셨다는 것입니다.
새 힘을 받으면 죽지 않는 것이니 물론 예표적인 것이었습니다.
손끝에서 발끝까지 새 힘이 꽉 차면 완전한 역사가 이루어진다고 하셨고 새 힘은 권세라는 것입니다.

우리가 하나님을 바라볼 입장은 하나님만이 알고 사람은 모르는 사정을 당할 때, 하나님만이 책임지고 해결해 주어야 할 원통한 일을 당할 때 여기에서 자기가 방법을 취하여 보려고 하지도 말고 나의 사정을 나보다 더 아시는 하나님이여, 내가 사람에게 원통한 일을 당하였으나 이것은 하나님께서 반드시 책임지고 해결해 줄 것을 믿는 신앙에서 바라보아야 할 것입니다.
그러므로 하나님은 가장 사랑하는 종에게 이런 일을 당하도록 모략적인 방법으로 까불어 보는 것은 당신의 사람으로 더 완전한 영계로 올려놓기 위한 방법입니다.
어느 종이든지 딱한 사정과 원통한 일을 당할 때 하나님께서 인정해 줄만큼 여호와를 바라보아야 할 것입니다.

  & God's perfect form comes to man as a new force(28~29). 
  & 하나님의 완전한 형체가 사람에게 새 힘으로 옴(28~29).

God has more power to perfect men than to have bones and fleshly spirit  at the same time, and more than to have seen or be touched by God, and  we have the power to complete the God's full new power, It is to experience the perfection of God.
Even a worm-like body that is incompetent can only become a remnant servant as a body of perfect personality, with new strength coming from God.
This new power comes to the Saints who preach the good news to Zion. Therefore, those who will be slaves to the day of wrath will be given various trials, so that they will be able to do complete works only by looking at God in trials and receiving new strength.
하나님은 뼈와 살이 있는 실체를 가진 것보다도 영이신 동시에 얼마든지 사람을 완전케 할 힘을 가진 것이니 우리는 그 하나님을 보았다는 것보다도 또는 만진다는 것보다도 그 신의 완전한 새 힘이 오는 것을 받는 자로서 하나님의 완전성을 체험하게 되는 것입니다.
사람이 아무리 무능한 지렁이 같은 몸이라도 하나님께로부터 새 힘이 옴으로만이 완전한 인격을 이루는 몸으로서 남은 종이 될 수 있습니다.
이 새 힘이라는 것은 아름다운 소식을 시온에 전하는 변화성도에게 오는 것입니다. 그러므로 진노의 날에 남은 종이 될 자에게는 여러 가지 시련을 주어서 시련 가운데 하나님을 바라보다가 새 힘을 받음으로만이 완전한 역사를 할 수 있게 된다는 것입니다.
