* Zeph.3:3~4. Her princes within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones till the morrow.
Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.
* 습3:3~4. 그 가운데 방백들은 부르짖는 사자요 그 재판장들은 이튿날까지 남겨 두는 것이 없는 저녁 이리요. 그 선지자들은 위인이 경솔하고 간사한 자요 그 제사장들은 성소를 더럽히고 율법을 범하였도다.

하나님의 성소를 더럽힌 것입니다. 새 일꾼들이 나와서 혁명이 일어나야 합니다.
* Zeph.3:5~6. The just LORD is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame. I have cut off the nations: their towers are desolate; I made their streets waste, that none passed by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant.
* 습3:5~6. 그 중에 거하신 여호와는 의로우사 불의를 행치 아니하시고 아침마다 간단 없이 자기의 공의를 나타내시거늘 불의한 자는 수치를 알지 못하는 도다. 내가 열국을 끊어 버렸으므로 그 망대가 황무하였고 내가 그 거리를 비게 하여 지나는 자가 없게 하였으므로 그 모든 성읍이 황폐되며 사람이 없으며 거할 자가 없게 되었느니라.

* 습3:7. 내가 이르기를 너는 오직 나를 경외하고 교훈을 받으라. 그리하면 내가 형벌을 내리기로 정하기는 하였거니와 너의 거처가 끊어지지 아니하리라 하였으나 그들이 부지런히 그 모든 행위를 더럽게 하였느니라.

* 습3:8. 나 여호와가 말하노라 그러므로 내가 일어나 벌할 날까지 너희는 나를 기다리라 내가 뜻을 정하고 나의 분한과 모든 진노를 쏟으려고 나라들을 소집하며 열국을 모으리라 온 땅이 나의 질투의 불에 소멸되리라.

이제 신령한 사람은 더 신령해져서 신과 같이 됩니다. 악하면 망하고 맙니다. 일할 기회를 주시고 잠잠히 계십니다. 지금까지는 의롭다 칭함을 받은 자가 영혼 구원을 받았고 이제는 거룩하다 칭함을 받아야 새 시대 가게 됩니다.(사4:3~4).

* 습3:12. 내가 곤고하고 가난한 백성을 너의 중에 남겨 두리니 그들이 여호와의 이름을 의탁하여 보호를 받을 찌라.

* Zeph.3:13. The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.

* 습3:14~15. 시온의 딸아 노래할 찌어다 이스라엘아 기쁘게 부를 찌어다 예루살렘 딸아 전심으로 기뻐하며 즐거워할 찌어다. 여호와가 너의 형벌을 제하였고 너의 원수를 쫓아내었으며 이스라엘 왕 여호와가 너의 중에 있으니 네가 다시는 화를 당할까 두려워하지 아니할 것이라.

* 강해) 이때에 하나님을 찾는 자도 있고 하나님을 순종치 않다가 망하는 자도 있습니다. 하나님께서 택한 자로 어떻게 하든지 성산 가도록 역사하는데 어떤 자를 그렇게 하느냐? 예수 안 믿던 자 중에도 말세 복음 받고 깨끗함 받아서 열심히 일하다가 새 시대에 가도 믿는 자 중에도 말세 복음 안 받는 자 망합니다.
이제 신령한 사람은 더 신령해져서 신과 같이 됩니다. 악하면 망하고 맙니다. 일할 기회를 주시고 잠잠히 계십니다. 지금까지는 의롭다 칭함을 받은 자가 영혼 구원을 받았고 이제는 거룩하다 칭함을 받아야 새 시대 가게 됩니다.(사4:3~4).
* Zeph.3:12. I will also leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.
* 습3:12. 내가 곤고하고 가난한 백성을 너의 중에 남겨 두리니 그들이 여호와의 이름을 의탁하여 보호를 받을 찌라.
* The explanation) Those who will be saved will be protected, though they are afflicted and poor, rely on the name of Jehovah. Even if it is poor, the person who relies on God only is an honest person and protected.
Even though we are poor and needy, we are precious person who is receive advice and dependent on God.
* 강해) 구원받을 자는 비록 곤고하고 가난하나 여호와의 이름을 의탁하여 보호를 받게 됩니다. 가난해도 하나님만 의지하고 나가는 사람이 정직한 사람이며 보호 받습니다. 가난하고 곤고해도 하나님만 의지하여 권고 받는 사람 귀한 사람입니다.
* Zeph.3:13. The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
* 습3:13. 이스라엘의 남은 자는 악을 행치 아니하며 거짓을 말하지 아니하며 입에 궤휼한 혀가 없으며 먹으며 누우나 놀라게 할 자가 없으리라.
* The explanation) These are those who trust in God without lie. There is no true person except the one who trusts in God. The human way is not the one who is dependent on God. What does God do when he is so happy, that he who lived honestly and lives in an hardships life without lie?
* 강해) 이들은 거짓이 없이 하나님을 의지하는 자들입니다. 하나님 의지하는 사람 외에는 진실한 사람이 없습니다. 인간 수단 방법 들어가면 하나님 의지하는 사람 아닙니다. 곤고한 생활에도 거짓 없이 정직하게 살고 하나님 의지하는 사람은 하나님께서 너무 기뻐서 어떻게 하느냐?
* Zeph.3:14~15. Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem. The LORD has taken away your judgments, he has cast out your enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of you: you shall not see evil any more.
* 습3:14~15. 시온의 딸아 노래할 찌어다 이스라엘아 기쁘게 부를 찌어다 예루살렘 딸아 전심으로 기뻐하며 즐거워할 찌어다. 여호와가 너의 형벌을 제하였고 너의 원수를 쫓아내었으며 이스라엘 왕 여호와가 너의 중에 있으니 네가 다시는 화를 당할까 두려워하지 아니할 것이라.
* The explanation) The remnant is joyful because singing does not receive punishment, God removes punishment, and he drives out enemies and God is with them. Even if you are penury and poor, you will be pleased with a true person who is God-dependent.
He was saved from heaven by a guardian angel. King of kings is with us. There is a work of absolute protection.(Is.4:5-6).
* 강해) 남은 자는 기뻐서 노래 할 일은 형벌을 받지 않고 하나님이 형벌을 제하였고 원수를 쫓아내는 동시에 하나님이 함께 하기 때문입니다. 빈곤하고 가난해도 하나님 의지하는 진실한 사람은 기쁘게 하십니다. 천군천사로 보호하기로 하늘에서 결재가 났습니다. 만왕의 왕이 함께하는 것입니다. 절대적인 보호 역사가 있습니다(사4:5~6).
