현물이라는 것은 농업에는 그 해 열매가 현물이요 상업에는 이익을 얻은 것이 현물이요 직장 생활에는 봉급이 현물이요, 노동자에게는 품값이 현물이 됩니다.

성심성의껏 하나님을 섬겨야 하며 열성을 다해 믿어야 합니다.

그리고 다음에는 아무런 시련이 와도 의로운 제사를 드릴 수 있는 인내력이 있어야 할 것이며 십일조를 바치되 하나님의 집에 바쳐야 할 것이며 현물에서 바쳐야 합니다. 하나님께서는 십일조의 현물을 받아도 먼저 그 중심을 보시는 것입니다.
중심에 성결이 없이 하나님께 바치는 것을 기뻐하지 않으시며 하나님께서 역사하시지 않는 교회에 바치는 것을 기뻐하지 않으시며 현물에서 바치되 현 수입에 따라서 바치지 아니하면 기뻐하지 않으십니다.
현물이라는 것은 농업에는 그 해 열매가 현물이요 상업에는 이익을 얻은 것이 현물이요 직장 생활에는 봉급이 현물이요, 노동자에게는 품값이 현물이 됩니다.

우리는 아브라함이나 이삭이나 야곱의 제사를 본받아야 할 것입니다. 그들은 연단 중에서 의로운 제사를 드렸으므로 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱의 하나님이라고 여호와께서 말씀하셨습니다. 하나님께서는 당신의 택한 자에게 연단을 시키시는 동시에 그 제사를 기쁘게 받으시고 영원한 축복을 택한 자에게 주시기를 기뻐하시는 신이십니다.
그러므로 하나님을 공경하는 자는 이것을 분명히 알고 성결한 사람이 되어 아무리 어려운 시험이 오더라도 하나님께 인정받는 제사를 드리게 될 때에 영원한 축복을 받게 될 것입니다.

금식, 새벽기도, 십일조, 철야기도 이러한 생활을 두려워하면 새 시대 갈수 있겠습니까? 어머니가 자식보다 하나님을 더 공경하면 자녀들도 축복합니다.
세상 물질보다도 더 하나님을 공경해야 합니다. 목회를 해도 밤잠 안자고 기도하며 전력을 다해야 합니다. 적당히 하나님을 믿으라는 말은 완악한 말입니다.
성심성의껏 하나님을 섬겨야 하며 열성을 다해 믿어야 합니다.
