This chapter taught that, like chapter 2, after the work of pouring out the Holy Spirit to the people, it is time to protect the elect people and to gain a new age in times of terrible tribulation.
본 장은 2장과 같이 만민에게 성령을 부어 주는 역사가 있은 다음에 무서운 환난 가운데서 택한 자를 보호하고 새 시대를 얻게 하는 데는 다음과 같은 때가 올 때에 되는 일이라는 것을 가르쳤습니다.
* Essential verse: 16. The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.
* 요절: 16절. 나 여호와가 시온에서 부르짖고 예루살렘에서 목소리를 발하리니 하늘과 땅이 진동되리로다. 그러나 나 여호와는 내 백성의 피난처, 이스라엘 자손의 산성이 되리로다.
* The explanation) In this judgment period, God is a refuge for your chosen people, and sanctifies them so that they will not let the Gentiles penetrate again.
* 강해) 이와 같은 심판기에 하나님은 당신의 택한 자의 피난처가 되는 동시에 그들을 거룩하게 하여 다시는 이방 세력이 침투치 못하게 한다는 말씀입니다.
* Joel.3:9~12. Proclaim you this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up:
Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong. Assemble yourselves, and come, all you heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause your mighty ones to come down, O LORD.
Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.
* 욜3:9~12. 너희는 열국에 이렇게 광포할찌어다 너희는 전쟁을 준비하고 용사를 격려하고 무사로 다 가까이 나아와서 올라오게 할찌어다. 너희는 보습을 쳐서 칼을 만들찌어다 낫을 쳐서 창을 만들찌어다 약한 자도 이르기를 나는 강하다 할찌어다 사면의 열국아 너희는 속히 와서 모일찌어다 여호와여 주의 용사들로 그리로 내려오게 하옵소서. 열국은 동하여 여호사밧 골짜기로 올라올찌어다 내가 거기 앉아서 사면의 열국을 다 심판하리로다.
* The explanation) Or the judgment will come when we will do our best to fight for the last arrogant war of our lives. It is to make ready for war to judge Christians and chaffs that are wild grapes, to judge and raise up Lord’s mighty warriors.
The fruit of sin is to fall into the traps and snares which are inevitable tribulations to the idol worshipers of Negligence, Corruption and Luxury Negligence. The foreign army is that the preparations for war(nuclear weapons) the servants are ready for truth armed.(fire of the Holy spirit).
* 강해) 또는 인생들의 최후의 결전적인 전쟁을 위하여 무력 준비에 전력을 다하고 싸우게 될 적에 심판이 옵니다. 들 포도가 된 기독교인과 쭉정이를 심판할 전쟁 준비를 마음껏 하고 주의 용사 일으켜 심판케 하는 것입니다.
죄의 열매는 음란 부패 사치 타락 용공협상 우상 숭배 하는 자들로 피할 수 없는 환란인 함정과 올무에 빠지게 되는 것입니다. 이방 군대는 전쟁준비(핵무기 불) 종들은 진리 무장으로(성신의 불) 준비가 된다는 것입니다.

God has judgments about preparing for the judgment against the judgment, and God's judgment is also done by the fire of heaven directly.
Judgment coming as a preparation for the armed races is the annihilation of the race, the remnant people as the earth kingdom, and after the fire of God comes down to burn the heavens and the earth, the eternity world will come.
The Bible tells us today that the greatest advancement in man's preparation for armed forces today is God's work. This is the force to eliminate the race of the world humanity. Therefore, the prophet Joel also had plenty of people in the valley of judgment.(Joel.3:14).
The Isaiah prophecy is less than the gold of Obel when he says that racial expansion is a big problem now, but that the remnant is very small.(Is. 13:12). We can not deny that inevitable judgment is infallible at no distant day when we see the reality that the force is fully equipped today.
하나님은 심판에 대하여 무력을 준비시켜서 행하는 심판도 있고, 하나님이 직접 하늘의 불로 행하는 심판도 있는 것입니다.
무력 준비로서 오는 심판은 인종이 전멸되고 남은 백성으로서 지상 왕국을 이루는 것이요, 하나님의 불이 내려서 천지를 살라버린 후에는 무궁세계가 오는 것입니다.
금일에 극도로 사람이 무력 준비에 최고 발전을 가져온 것도 하나님이 시키는 일이라는 것을 성서를 통하여 알 수 있습니다. 이것은 세계 인류의 인종을 없이 하기 위한 무력입니다. 그러므로 요엘 선지도 판결 골짜기에 사람이 많음이여 했던 것입니다.(욜3:14). 지금 인종이 팽창해지는 것이 큰 문제라고 하는 공포도 가지고 있지만 남은 자는 심히 적다는 것을 말할 때 이사야 선지는 오벨의 금보다도 적다고 말했습니다(사13:12). 우리는 금일에 무력이 완비된 현실을 볼 때 불가피한 심판은 불원(不遠)했다는 것을 부인할 수 없습니다.
* Joel.3:13. Put you in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.
* 욜3:13. 너희는 낫을 쓰라 곡식이 익었도다 와서 밟을찌어다 포도주 틀이 가득히 차고 포도주 독이 넘치니 그들의 악이 큼이로다.
* The explanation) Judgment comes when extreme sin is manifested and man becomes utterly evil. Judgment comes when the power of evil develops to the extreme and a man’s mind worsens and sin turns out.
An alien country are ready, but the servants of the end of the world not get ready. Grain is the sin of the Gentiles, grapes are the harvest of the sins of the believer, and means the harvest of racial autumn.
* 강해) 극도로 죄악이 노골화되어 사람이 극도로 악해 질 때 심판이 옵니다. 극도로 악의 세력이 발전해서 인심이 악화되고 죄가 노골화될 때 심판이 옵니다.
이방 준비는 다 됐는데 말세 종이 준비가 안됐습니다. 곡식은 이방인의 죄가 포도는 믿는 자의 죄의 열매가 나타내어 인종 가을 추수를 뜻합니다.
* Joel.3:14. Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
* 욜3:14. 사람이 많음이여, 판결 골짜기에 사람이 많음이여, 판결 골짜기에 여호와의 날이 가까움이로다.
* The explanation) Judgment comes when a person flourishes extensively. It is the judgment that comes after the people become more and more prosperous.
The time has come for the population to decline due to a declining fertility rate. It's time to reduce the birth rate.
* 강해) 사람이 극도로 번창하여 많아 질 때에 심판이 옵니다. 사람이 많아지고 아주 번창한 후에 심판이 온다는 것입니다.
출산율이 줄어들어 인구가 줄어드는 때가 왔으니 심판 때입니다.
* Joel.3:15. The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.
* 욜3:15. 해와 달이 캄캄하며 별들이 그 빛을 거두도다.
* The explanation) The judgment comes when the dark age is covered with darkness. When the church is corrupted and a new church is arose, the age of darkness comes and judgment comes. It is now a referee period.
* 강해) 흑암이 덮인 암흑시대가 올 때에 심판이 옵니다. 교회가 부패해서 새로운 교회가 일어날 때 흑암 시대가 오고 심판이 옵니다. 이제 심판기입니다.
* Joel.3:16~17. The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.
So shall ye know that I am the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more.

* The explanation) At such a time of judgment, God becomes a refuge of your chosen one, sanctifying them and preventing them from infiltrating an alien country force again.
It is a new era in which God is our refuge and becomes a holy nation through Jerusalem.
* 강해) 이와 같은 심판기에 하나님은 당신의 택한 자의 피난처가 되는 동시에 그들을 거룩하게 하여 다시는 이방 세력이 침투치 못하게 합니다.
새 시대를 말한 것인데 하나님께서는 우리의 피난처가 되고 예루살렘으로 말미암아 거룩한 나라가 된다는 것입니다.
* Joel.3:18. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim.
* 욜3:18. 그 날에 산들이 단 포도주를 떨어뜨릴 것이며 작은 산들이 젖을 흘릴 것이며 유다 모든 시내가 물을 흘릴 것이며 여호와의 전에서 샘이 흘러 나와서 싯딤 골짜기에 대리라.
* The explanation) It's a new age when it comes to a new era, a new land blessing that comes with milk and honey.
* 강해) 이때에는 새 시대를 이루는 것이니 젖과 꿀이 흐르는 새 땅 축복이 오는 것입니다.
* Joel.3:19~21. Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
But Judah shall dwell for ever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation. For I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD dwelled in Zion.
* 욜3:19~21. 그러나 애굽은 황무지가 되겠고 에돔은 황무한 들이 되리니 이는 그들이 유다 자손에게 강포를 행하여 무죄한 피를 그 땅에서 흘렸음이니라. 유다는 영원히 있겠고 예루살렘은 대대로 있으리라. 내가 전에는 그들의 피 흘림 당한 것을 갚아주지 아니하였거니와 이제는 갚아 주리니 이는 나 여호와가 시온에 거함이니라.
* The explanation) It is done by God to repay the enemy, to make the unrighteous world desolate, and to bless the generations of your people forever. God has been silent until this day, but he will pay back the enemy and a new age will come. In the book of Joel we spoke of campaigning holy meeting, fasting and praying, and pouring out the Holy spirit.
* 강해) 하나님께서는 불의한 세상을 황폐케 하는 동시에 당신의 백성으로 영원히 대대에 복을 누리게 하는 것은 원수를 갚아 주므로 이루어지는 것입니다. 하나님께서는 이날까지 잠잠히 계셨지만 원수 갚아 주고 새 시대가 온다는 것입니다. 요엘서에서는 성회 운동하고 금식 기도하라는 것과 성신을 부어준다는 것을 말씀했습니다.

* The curious period is 2024-2025 year for the unification of the inter-Korean tribulation, about 2024-2027 year for the three and a half years before, about 2027 year for the rapture and World War III, about 2027-2031 year for the next three and a half years, about 2031 year for the War of Armageddon, about the millennium The kingdom is expected around 2033 year.
