This chapter teaches that being an extremely corrupt society comes through the corruption of the leader.
본장은 극도로 부패한 교계가 되는 것은 지도자의 부패를 통하여 온다는 사실을 가르칩니다.

* Essential verse: 6. Therefore night shall be unto you, that you shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that you shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.
* 요절: 6절. 그러므로 너희가 밤을 만나리니 이상을 보지 못할 것이요 흑암을 만나리니 점치지 못하리라 하셨나니 이 선지자 위에는 해가 져서 낮이 캄캄할 것이라.

* The explanation) The leaders of the church are those who fall into darkness who can not discern the time and not understand the signs.
* 강해) 교계 지도자들이 때를 분별하지 못하고 징조를 깨닫지 못하는 흑암에 빠진 자들입니다.

* Mic.3:7~8. Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God. But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.
* 미3:7~8. 선견자가 부끄러워하며 술객이 수치를 당하여 다 입술을 가리 울 것은 하나님이 응답지 아니하심이어니와 오직 나는 여호와의 신으로 말미암아 권능과 공의와 재능으로 채움을 얻고 야곱의 허물과 이스라엘의 죄를 그들에게 보이리라.

* The explanation) They will be greatly disgraced because God does not respond, and will be plagued with disaster. If you like it they know you, do not drop your head. We must point out the sins of Israel and Jacob's mistakes, receive the power of God, the power of justice, the talents.
When the ecclesiastical authority is corrupted, a missionary is prepared.
In recent years, it has been pointed out many times toward the servants who have received the endings gospel through documentary movements and writings, but it is the reality and the prophecy that they do not understand and condemn.
True servants are raised by God in trials and ordeals, and receive the power and authority of heaven to fulfill their mission.
* 강해) 이들은 큰 수치를 당하게 될 것은 하나님이 응답치 않으므로 오히려 재앙을 받고 망하게 될 것입니다. 알아주면 좋아하는 자에게 머리 숙이지 말고 우리는 권능, 공의, 재능 받아 야곱의 허물 이스라엘의 죄를 지적해야 합니다.
교권이 부패할 때 사명자가 준비 되는 것입니다. 최근 수년간 문서운동과 글을 통하여 말세 복음 받은 종들을 향하여 수차례 지적했지만 깨닫지 못하고 정죄만 하는 것이 현실이며 예언입니다. 참된 종은 하나님께서 시련과 연단 가운데서 키우시고 하늘의 능력과 권세를 받아 사명을 감당하게 되는 것입니다.

* Mic.3:9~12. Hear this, I pray you, you heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity.
They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity. The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.
Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
* 미3:9~12. 야곱 족속의 두령과 이스라엘 족속의 치리자 곧 공의를 미워하고 정직한 것을 굽게 하는 자들아 청컨대 이 말을 들을찌어다. 시온을 피로, 예루살렘을 죄악으로 건축하는도다. 그 두령은 뇌물을 위하여 재판하며 그 제사장은 삯을 위하여 교훈하며 그 선지자는 돈을 위하여 점치면서 오히려 여호와를 의뢰하여 이르기를 여호와께서 우리 중에 계시지 아니하냐. 재앙이 우리에게 임하지 아니하리라 하는도다.
이러므로 너희로 인하여 시온은 밭 같이 갊을 당하고 예루살렘은 무더기가 되고 성전의 산은 수풀의 높은 곳과 같게 되리라.

* The explanation) They will hate justice, mislead justice, judge with a bribe, teach for wages, teach others, and no matter how much they will say to the LORD that there will be no calamity, all these people will fall and become a heap and a ruin.
To remain in the day of disaster, you must not go after your wages.
God gives us poverty when we lift up use to the elect. No matter how poor you are, you will be blessed when you go to tolerate. The servant must not reach out to the hand when it comes to want. We must transcend matter. It is not sin to receive a salary, but sin if you work for wages.
* 강해) 남을 다스린다 하면서 공의를 미워하고 정직을 굽게 하며 뇌물을 중심하여 재판하며 삯을 위하여 교훈하며 남을 지도하니 아무리 여호와를 의뢰하여 재앙이 오지 않으리라고 말할지라도 이런 자들은 다 쓰러져서 무더기가 되고 황폐화 될 것입니다. 재앙의 날에 남은 자 되려면 삯을 따라가지 말아야 하는 것입니다.
하나님께서 택한 자를 들어 쓸 때에는 궁핍을 주십니다. 아무리 궁핍이 와도 참고 나가면 복 받게 됩니다. 종이 궁핍이 온다고 손 내밀면 안 됩니다. 물질을 초월해야 합니다. 봉급 받는 것이 죄는 아니지만 삯 위해 일하면 죄입니다.
 
& To teach for wages.(11-12). 
& 삯을 위하여 교훈 하는 일.(11~12).

Lessons are worthy of vocational lessons in society. However, it is an unacceptable sin that a religious leader follows his wages.
Because it is the Word of God. A religious leader is an agent who communicates the word of God, and even if there is damage to the enemy, he will automatically become a hireling man, except for those who bear witness to life without sparing their lives.
When a servant of God obeys God's command and preaches the word, God satisfies the servant with all things. Moving for wages is an act that will not receive God's blessing.
To be a remnant in the days of calamity, do not move for wages but dedicate your life for the truth, and God will be responsible for all matters when you fight and devote all of them. The wrath of God comes to those who teach for wages. A great blessing on the day of wrath will come to those who give their lives for the truth.
교훈이라는 것은 사회에는 직업적 교훈을 하는 것이 마땅한 일입니다. 그러나 종교 지도자가 삯을 따라 간다는 것은 도저히 용납할 수 없는 죄라는 것입니다.
왜냐하면 하나님의 말씀이기 때문입니다. 종교 지도자는 하나님의 말씀을 전하는 대행자이니 아무리 원수의 피해가 있다 하여도 생명을 아끼지 않고 증거 하는 자 외에는 자동적으로 삯군이 될 것입니다.
하나님의 종은 하나님의 명령을 순종하여 말씀을 전할 때에 하나님은 그 종에게 모든 것을 만족히 주는 것이니 삯을 위하여 움직인다는 것은 하나님의 축복을 받지 못할 행동입니다.
재앙의 날에 남은 종이 되려면 삯을 위하여 움직이지 말고 진리를 위하여 목숨을 바치고, 모든 전부를 바치고 싸울 때에 모든 문제는 다 하나님께서 책임을 지실 것입니다. 하나님의 진노는 삯을 위하여 교훈하는 자에게 오는 것이요. 진노의 날에 큰 축복은 진리를 위하여 생명을 바치는 자에게 올 것입니다.

  & To be angry even if trust with God.(3:11-12). 
  & 하나님을 의지하여도 화를 받을 일.(3:11~12).

He who is dependent on God, who is angry with the day of wrath, is called a so-called priest, who teaches for wages, and is called a prophet, they do not even think of conscience as a lifestyle that fortunetelling for money.
Rather, they trusts in the LORD and says, "Is the LORD among us? That no calamity shall come upon us. They are people of faith. " What is their faith status? You can say as following next:
하나님을 의지하여도 진노의 날에 화를 받을 자는 소위 제사장이라고 하면서 삯을 위하여 교훈하며 선지자라 하면서 돈을 위하여 점을 치는 생활을 하면서 그것을 양심에 거리끼게 생각도 하지 않습니다.
오히려 여호와를 의지하며 이르기를 “여호와께서는 우리 중에 계시지 아니하냐. 재앙이 우리에게 임하지 아니하리라” 하는 신념을 가진 자입니다. 이들의 신앙 상태는 어떠한 것이냐 하는 것을 다음과 같이 말할 수 있습니다.

첫째 : 성직을 직업화시키는 일입니다. 이러한 자들은 성직을 위하여 희생한다는 것보다도 성직을 이용하여 자기 생활의 무대를 삼고 있는 것입니다.
이러한 신앙을 가진 자는 사람에게 삯을 받는 것을 목적으로 하고 하나님께서 주시는 상급을 목적하지 않는 자들입니다. 그러므로 마6:1 이하를 보면 주님께서 말씀하시기를 “너희는 사람에게 보이려고 선을 행치 않도록 주의하라” 고 하신 것입니다.
하나님의 종이 사람에게 보이려고 할 때에 벌써 하나님과는 아무런 관계가 없이 되므로 이러한 자의 기도나 예배는 하나님께서 도저히 받을 수 없고 사단의 회가 됩니다.

Therefore, when it not becomes a worship service for God and become a professional organization for the hirelings, the sheep that are there are nothing but to be used.
The Word of God is that if the work of God is not carried out, the lesson is only to use the Word, and the lesson these people teach is that there is no answer from God, and the church is devastated by the day of wrath.
A church can be an altar for God or an organization for hirelings.
The group for the hireling is afraid of the people who follow it rather than fear God.
And, rather than serving God and serving the man, rather than fighting for the truth, the Word is nothing more than a department, and it is impossible to experience any work of the Word, but from the idea of ​​being orthodox that faith is conscious, they came to know it the right path of faith.
This group is moving with the ecclesiastical authority, material rights and human rights rather than focusing on the work from God.
그러므로 하나님을 위한 예배가 되지 못하고 삯군을 위하여 한 직업화되는 단체가 될 때에 거기에 있는 양떼들은 오히려 이용을 당하는 일밖에는 되는 것이 없습니다.
하나님의 말씀이라는 것은 하나님의 역사가 나리지 않는다면 그 교훈은 오히려 말씀을 이용하는 일밖에 되지 않으므로 이러한 자들이 가르치는 교훈은 하나님의 아무런 응답이 없게 되니 그 교회는 진노의 날에 황폐화되고 마는 것입니다.
교회라는 것은 하나님을 위한 제단이 될 수도 있고 삯군을 위한 한 단체가 될 수도 있는 것입니다. 삯군을 위한 단체라는 것은 거기에 따라가는 무리들이 하나님을 경외하는 것보다도 사람을 경외하여 두려워합니다.
그리고 하나님을 섬기는 것보다도 인물을 섬기고 진리를 위하여 싸운다는 것보다도 말씀을 한 학과에 불과한 것으로 말씀의 아무런 역사를 체험치 못하고 정통이라는 관념에서 그 신앙이 의식화되고 한 고질화된 형편에서 그것을 신앙 정로로 아는 데까지 들어가게 되었습니다.
이런 단체는 하나님께로부터 오는 역사를 중심하는 것보다도 교권과 물권과 인권을 가지고 움직이고 있습니다.

Secondly, these people are centered on benefiting from this as a means of carnal life rather than spiritual problems, rather than being paralyzed and fearing God.

These people are more a group of people who rely on God and look for salvation while doing their work to prevent envy of the work of the servant rather than to service the servant of the true God.
However, these groups will surely be shamed.
둘째 : 이러한 자들은 양심이 마비되어 하나님을 경외하는 것보다도 이것을 영적 문제보다 육적 생활의 한 방편으로 이모저모로 유익을 보는 것을 중심한 것입니다.
과거의 발람이 하나님을 찾았지만 진리를 위하여 싸우는 것보다도 자기의 명예와 안락을 따라가는 교훈을 하고 있었습니다. 하나님을 공경하는 사람은 하나님의 종을 대적할 수가 없을 것이로되 이런 무리들은 하나님의 종을 대적하면서도 이것을 오히려 자기의 자랑거리로 삼는 것입니다. 이러한 사람들은 참된 하나님의 종을 받드는 것보다도 그 종의 역사를 시기하여 막는 일을 하면서도 하나님을 의지하고 구원을 바라보는 무리들입니다. 그러나 이러한 무리들은 반드시 수치를 당하게 될 것입니다.
* No matter what kind of the servant you depend on God, if you have a little heart for your comfort, there will be no work. * 어떤 종이 하나님을 의지한다 하여도 자기의 안락을 위한 마음이 조금이라도 있다면 아무런 역사가 없을 것입니다. 그러나 자기 생명을 아끼지 않고 싸워 나가기 위한 자라면 하나님께서 그 사람을 들어서 새 시대를 이룬다는 것을 알아야 할 것입니다.
하나님께서 심판기에 극도로 교회 지도자 부패로 말미암아 교회가 망한다는 사실을 가르친 것입니다.
